Here's a recap of the last few days. I was not taking a picture of everything as I was RUNNING like a crazy woman! I have decided to not count calories....I'm doing so well with clean eating and I'm obsessing over calories, so I'm going to focus on just clean foods and portions the next 2 weeks and see how it goes. Except I will be keeping track of my protein as that is an area I want to improve on.
Thursday - I was in Fargo all day shopping groceries, hair cut/color. Got home and put away groceries as my youngest son got home, then got him in the shower and an hour later we were on our way back to school for his music spring concert and his brother was at baseball practice and had his music concert right after. So I was gone from 8am until 9:30 p.m.
Friday: Had a great workout in the morning again with my ladies at the gym. Breakfast was 5 eggwhites and Flatout with salsa. It was good, but I was very uncomfortable an hour later. I dont know why, but I have a hard time with eggs in the morning. Lets just say I felt better when some of it came back up. TMI? Baseball again today after school into the evening.

Saturday: Baseball tournament allllllll day! It was finally a gorgeous day. We actually complained a little that it was too warm and we needed some shade, but tried not to complain too much. I got SOOOO sunburned that it made me sick in the evening when I went to bed. Everyone went to the local pizza shop after all the games, so it was my 'cheat meal' which I really haven't had much of in these few weeks. And you know what? I didnt enjoy it AT ALL. I hardly at any pizza. I think I had 3 pieces - and they are cut in very small squares, about 4x4 inches.
Sunday - woke up Mother's day with a terrible headache, sunburned, and sore throat. Breakfast was something simple, that didnt need any fixing, besides it was almost 11:00. No appetite today.
