Day 3/7, week 3/4

GREAT workout this morning!  I upped my db's and did 30# one arm snatches.  Oofdah!

Icky, but good for me each morning!

Quick breakfast after workout, while I got ready to go to a funeral.

Lunch wasn't filling, so had this too!

Afternoon snack


Family wanted spaghetti and meatballs, so I had meatballs and big salad.



Caseine before Bed tonight.
