Day 1/7, Week 3/4

Morning hot lemon water

I started taking fish oil supps today.  I also TRIED my best to eat hot cereal.  ICK.  Help!  Only had one bite - and barely got that down!

chocolate protein powder, almond milk, frozen strawberries


Spicy feta turkey burger on Flatout that I cut circles from, spinach, and tomato.

My husband grilled chicken on the grill tonight while I was gone
so I warmed it up and had it with fresh salsa and spinach. Yum! 

Before bed to warm me up!
