day 2/7, week 3/4

 6:30 am Hot lemon water

8:00 am Berries, greek yogurt, steel cut oats, prograde protein powder

10:30 am  green tea, pear, cashews
 

12:30 pm  Lunch: Quinoa, chicken breasts, asparagus, zuchini, feta cheese

3:30 pm  Afternoon snack: Green tea, quest bar


6:30 p.m.  Supper: Sirloin steak, Brocolli, sweet potato with cinnamon
