Day 5 of 42to42

Today was a semi-good day.  Forgot to do kegels and vacuums, I was going to do 30 minutes of bike in the evening, but things got in the way and ran out of time.  My number one reason for working out in the morning....so it gets done and nothing gets in the way!

Breakfast was really ripe strawberries, eggs with spinach, garlic, and feta cheese.

Great day as usual, until supper; half a California burger from the caf√©.
