Back on Track

It's been way too long and it's time to get back on track.  I knew my new job would be a challenge for me and my schedule.  But I didn't think it would be this hard.  I stopped going to the gym religiously and ate what I wanted.  Clothes are tight, really tight.  I think I just got burnt out!  I was not feeling good about myself and not comfortable in my skin at all.  We went to Mexico and looking at pictures - it was my 'ahah' moment.  Time to get back in the gym and back on clean eating!  I found my new inspiration and hired her as my coach!  Here's to getting back to ME and finding out that I've always underestimated what my body can do!
