Workout this morning was great. Old fashioned HIIT I learned from Dustin. First did abs and then 30:30 ratio of bike, db punches on ball, and ins and outs.
My daily protein shake on the way to school along with my big jug of water. Shake today was skim milk, vanilla Prograde protein powder, Chia seeds, Flax seed, PB2, and frozen banana. Really good!
Picture of my meals for the day. Brady has a baseball game and Aiden has a spring concert - so I brought along shrimp and bean/tomatoes to warm up in the concession stand. There is also energy bites to curb the concession stand and/or the rootbeer floats at the concert, and also a bag for my son along with his bag of beef jerky for his game. Energy bites and jerky - he thinks these two things gave him a big hit last week so we'll go with it again! ;)
